Today, Friday, along with the mixed energy of the Last Quarter Moon, there are two exact aspects worth noting, coming up this evening. Mercury trines Neptune, with the Sun in square to Mars. Imagination and fantasy-prone thoughts - as indicated by Mercury, the ruler of communication, in flowing relation to Neptune, the planet of inspiration and faith - run up against a volatile inspiration for action as indicated by the Mars emphasis, which is also triggered by this evening's Last Quarter Moon. The Sun in square to Mars symbolizes a powerful urge to shine bright and move forward with plans and projects, even so much so that it could imply a sense of combativeness to any obstacle in your way. This combination makes an excellent time for enjoying artwork and tuning in to your intuitive side. These two aspects may help to nudge you toward inner tension, as well as perhaps confusion, so that this is not in general an optimal time to be making decisions, yet your urge to make choices and carry on could feel overwhelming. There is also a strong element of limitation from Saturn in the configurations today, which is at odds with the inner fire spurred by Sun square Mars. The containing force of Saturn might feel stymying, yet it could also be seen to act as a corral for the wild stallion inside you that wants to throw caution to the wind and run free - and could therefore prove to be very helpful in preventing overly rash decisions. Perhaps an optimal way to navigate this puzzling configuration is to simply follow your gut and prepare yourself to do the very best you can, being sure to exercise patience and caution. Your fundamental faith in the universe is your best friend now, allowing you to know that the right time to move forward will present itself, in time.
